So, I started to train a shroomish and I want him to learn spore.

But I want him to learn Sky Uppercut too.

If I train until 40 and then evolve, will I be able to re-learn sky uppercut with the move relearner?

Yes, that is possible. But be aware that you shouldn't evolve your Pokemons too early. Since evolved Pokes will need more experience per Level. It is of course your choice, but just so that you know :-)
