When i went to mtsilver to go to hoenn first i have won with two roket grunt but i have lost battle at the third grunt.when i go to her again she is not battling with me how can i pass her again?.please help me.

That grunt should have a 2 hour cooldown if I recall correctly.

But if you like to go to Hoenn, you do not need to enter mt. silver. The only thing you need is a Rattata caught by yourself, at lvl 80. And beat Joey at Indigo plateau.

Rattata can be caught multiple places, although the highest lvl being in mt silver, it will be faster for you to catch a Rattata in cinnabar mansion and level it from there.
