So let me start by saying this is the 3rd time this has happened , I have been kicked while I bought a day pass in the safari so now I have lost more than 150k plus my pincer for the quest and more i know this is not going to be read and i am not going to be helped as i am saying this is the 3rd time this is happening can somebody please help me. My game keeps disconnecting from the server my wify connection is fine but it keeps disconecting can somebody please just help me.

This happened to me as well, can someone please assist us with this problem. This is a fun game and I don't want to stop playing because of this issue but if this continues I am going to stop playing.

I'm so sorry for the inconvenience.

 

I can confirm to you that it is indeed not your internet connection that is the problem, but the server's. Unfortunately, our servers are experiencing crashes right now. Our devs are aware of the situation and are working on a fix for it.

 

In the meantime, I recommend you to not do any bosses or anything that requires you to spend money.

I understand your frustration, and once again I apologize for the inconvenience and hassle.
