So I've downloaded the Android client for a 2nd time and I can't get past the terms and agreements. I press agree / disagree and nothinf happens no matter how much I press or How long I wait.

I have the same bug. Touch control doesn't work, or the game is frozen.

Ok, I managed to get through it to the actual game just before sleep in the fourth approach. I was not even looking on the screen, was just randomly touching it and it worked. Dont know if this terms of agreement screen is badly writen, or if the hitboxes are wrongly placed. Maybe this tactic will help someone in the future to enjoy the game, because despite this terms screen, game works very well (at least for now). ^^
