Where's red server and all my progress?! Help!

So I have returned after a couple years away to continue my progress. Imagine my surprise when I log in, there's no red server and when I click gold it restarts the game for me. Is there any way of getting back anything I had on the previous server? I put a lot of time, effort and even money for the membership into that account and it would be gutting for it to have been for nothing.

 

Please help!

Hi @BakedBeans1,

 

Red and Blue Server got merged together and became Silver. So you need to merge your Accounts aswell. You can check how to do it in our Everything about the merge Thread. If you have any further questions feel free to ask.
