What have you done before the problem was there?

my problem is that I have banned the account by a false accusation because I was to buy and poke me saying that evs deception were trained when it was not so.. please tell the truth.

 

What have you already tried to solve the problem?

because if you find evidence that I did anything wrong to let the ban but if I do not take it off because I did nothing wrong :(
