I've deleveled your Servine for you. Try to lose some happiness by having Servine faint in a battle, restart your client, and leveling him up again.

Also, feel free to leave a post in the Evolution and Deleveling Pokemon Megathread in case this problem happens again.

Yes, as long as you've lost some happiness, go ahead and restart your client and level up your Servine.
