resolved Missed click on the preview

Hello Sttaf,

 

How are you ?

I missed click on the preview for my legendary pokemon while in preview which change the ivs for it to the worest. I spent a lot of money to get the rerolls. Please can I get help?

I remeber that my last ivs that for zapdos I got is 23 def 26 spd 21 spattcack 28 spdef 18hp the hidden power was rock I don't remeber the attack what was it., and now he is 07 def 10 spd 28 spattack 18 spdef 18 hp. You can check my history sttaf I really spent a lot to get good zapdos. I spent around 12 reroll tickets. Please help

I know how frustrating this can be for you, but unfortunately we're unable to give any sort of refund for rerolls. It would be unfair to previous players who had requested something similar.
