Sorry to bring you bad news, but unfortunately we only delevel pokemon that have failed to evolve at level 100. We also cannot delevel pokemon for quests such as the Heatran quest. I hope you understand.

We've decided to delevel pokemon that haven't been leveled up too high past 25 just for the little cup.

Can you please tell me the ID of your Munchlax that you want to delevel.
