resolved Missing latias or latios

After I talk to the 2 cameraman the latias missing then I went in talk to tv and at the end I come out nothing has come out at the corner of the tree

The requirements to catch Latias/Latios are as follows:

> Be champion of Hoenn

> Finished the Jirachi quest

> 300 evolution data

 

Can you please confirm to me if you've already met these requirements or not. If you haven't, then interacting with the tv will give you this dialogue:
