Constantly I am disconnected when playing if I'm not actively playing for even short periods of time. I am wondering if there is a modifiable configuration file or some method to make sure it does not disconnect so easily. My complaint I suppose is I feel MAXIMUM, it will disconnect at 5 minutes. Generally, it's 1-2 minutes on mobile. When your current workflow places you back at the nearest pokecenter or you lose your encounter it's very problematic to have this threshold so low. This I feel is one of my #1 issues since playing and I'd love to get some help on it. Thank you. I have contacted the Developer Team in order to check if it's possible that there is any issue on our end, could you please tell me in the while the specification of your hardware and also try to run a check of your connection to see if there's any issue on your end? Sometimes, a simple reset/restart your modem might help while having connection issues. If you are experiencing instead a kick of the game after being afk for 8 minutes, that's simply how the system works in order to prevent the farm of playtime. For what regard editing any file of the client, as our GAME RULES states 5. Using any kind of unauthorised software, hacking or editing the PRO game/ client is prohibited. Unauthorised software includes: Any kind of automated software. (Bots, Macro). Software which injects into PRO's files to give unfair advantages. (Speed hacking). External software that gives unfair advantages, which is not endorsed by PRO. I will update you with the answer of our developers as soon as possible, please be patient in the while. To do that, please press F2 in the login-screen and then copy paste the following command: connect connect 103.136.40.250 801 Please, try it and let me know if after doing that it fixes your issue.
