But as revolutionation already said can you teach it via "Pre-Evo Move Tutor" who is inside each Daycare center. So you either teach it yourself if you have daycare center unlocked or you'll need to ask someone else to teach it for you. A move from Pre-Evo Move Tutor costs 10k.
