Bro I guess that you have to make a new account as I haven't seen an option to reset the game account. But still, 1 thing which you can do is to play from the other server in game.

At the moment we don't reset account progress.

In the future such a service might open, keep an eye on PRO discord as this is the place where we will announce it once we open it

You are allowed to make an extra account, just please keep our rule about the maximum accounts in mind.

2.Each person is allowed a maximum of four owned accounts.

From each account you are allowed to play on both servers, that's not a problem.
