I am sorry for the inconvenience.

It seems as if you have succesfully transferred your account from the Silver Server to the Gold one. Remember that transferring means that all your progress is moved to the other server and that you can do it for free every 30 days or by paying 100 coins when you want.

 

Could you please explain me therefore what is your issue ?
