I also already bring arcanine, cloroohyll ability pokemon, max ivs speed, leech seed moveset, serena grace ability, roost moveset and natural curr ability but i can not open the path in the shrine??

If you already have both items, then you can do the Easter Shaymin quest (not the old quest) :)

Ahhh okay. I avoided to do the easter quest cause it looks harder.

As already mentioned by Starlight there is a new Quest this year to get Shaymin. You can fine the Walkthrough for it here. Last years quest does not work anymore. :-) I hope that helped.
