I have just started the sinnoh region and I'm stuck, my rock climb move is not working also getting the move on another pokemon is off limit as I have only 10k.

Sorry for the inconvenience, but as you can see in our Prowiki Rock Climb needs the 7th Sinnoh Badge to work outside of battle:

Yes,I did, I tought for some reason that I required it to move one, but I was in the wrong route which made me confuse, thx a lot!!
