Is there any way to turn Mirror Shard into Reveal Glass without having access to the Wonderous Site?

I am afraid there is no other way. But if you do Exca daily it should not take too long. You'll get about 200 Discoverys per day :) I hope that helped.

Yes the answer help, but it is just that some people do not do excavation and they pretty much do excavation purely for the mirror shard, and making it even harder to access is just a pain for someone who have 0 excavation point before

Yeah I get that. But Legendaries are supposed to be a challange to get. They shouldn't be obtainable too easy. And the quest for the Kami Trio wasn't too hard so we added that part for the Form change. Also see it as an opportunity to get some good pokes from Exca. It's usually pretty rewarding :)

Mirror Shards are not tradeable. So I doubt that ;-)

Sorry. That was my bad. There has been an update that you can't get anymore shards if you reach 10 or if you already have Reveal Glass.

It used to be. But it got changed. So if it still is it will only be till the next Server Crash/Restart.
