Hello, this afternoon when i was catching the wild metagross that appeared at Birth Island the server crashed and i lost my Mysterious Ticket. I would ask if there is any way to recover it.

Sorry for the inconvenience. I am afraid that we can't do anything about that :-/ It would unfair to other players who had the same issue and never reported it. Also our Support Thread says following:
