Are you still having this issue? Perhaps it was a server crash, or simply a disconnection from your internet?

Feel free to join our Official PRO Discord to check the status of the server as well as any new updates regarding the server.

 

If that isn't the case, and you are still having the same problem, then can you please tell me more about this bug. Where did it happen, does it happen to every trainer, what pokemon were you using?
