you get it in the title the battle keeps crashing when im about to deafeat a trainer

why is all my battles broken the health bar is always on the opponents side. when i switch Pokemon it still has the old moves as the old Pokemon. and when i switch Pokemon my Pokemon goes to the opponents side. so is there anyway to fix this?
