resolved RANKED PVP BUG

Today while playing ranked PvP. My game bugged at the end when I had three pokemons left and the opponent had only two.After waiting for an hour I don't know why my game disconnected And I was given a loss .My rating went down .I was winning the match and this thing really let me down my opponent met me in the battle chat while the game froze and said he was going to wait as he new he was gonna lose.I also have video and screenshots of the battle..My Ign is Dhruv8888 please if you can't give a win give my rating back .It would really be appreciated

First of all I am sorry for the caused inconvenience.

 

I would like to inform you that this is a known bug and it will be fixed with the big pvp rework (because it isn't easy to fix it immediatly).

The bug freezes both opponents and requires one of them to disconnect, so it ends. One will win and one will lose because of it.

 

Sadly I can't restore your rating, we haven't done this for people in the past aswell.

Once again I am sorry for the inconvenience I really get that it's annoying.
