laste week on silveer server i reported 2 master balls missing and now more than 200 rare candies missing

this is urgent matter and needs response

i cant play this game like this

it has cost me more than 1.4 mil in game

please check who has transferred the rare candies from my account and please reply fast as possible

When you start Heartan Quest all your Masterballs and Rare Candies will be taken from you and you don't get them back till you finished the Quest. Is that maybe the case for you?

ohhh maybe that is possible but i couldnt complete the quest. so how to get the candies and master balls back ?

I just checked with our Scripters. It should be possible to get your items back by asking Buck (at the Entrance) to get out. I would appreciate it if you'd let me know if that worked for you.

hey it did not work . he isnt giving me an option to take my items back. he is just telinng me to come back with a lvl 60 pokemon

Do you think I need to win the quest to get all my items back ?

beca I’ve lost 2 times and haven’t got my items back

the mission ends and returns everything, it always happens the same

Sorry. Yeah I guess you have to win the Quest then in order to get your Items back. :-/ You can just catch a lvl 50ish Gyarados, get it to lvl 60 and do it without even EV Training it. Moxie Ability helps, but its not needed. Just catch some backup Pokes as soon as your are inside the Cave (so you can Revive Gyarados) and beat all the trainers. Then you should also be good to go to beat the lvl 99 Heatran :)

Hey I got the rare candies but I didn’t get the master balls that I lost. I had to buy them again
