since I heard that you are able to do the Kyurem quest to get a reroll ticket I did start it with my alt account.

I talked to the ladie, to the sailor and went on with my Swampert in party to fight Reshiram and Zekrom.

I was rly confused because they were simply not there.

So I just went to the point where Kyurem and Joungster Joey should be, because I thought that it might just be a bug.

I got to the point where you can enter the cave and go to Joey to help him and get to the point you should get the Reroll Ticket.

Idk if I already passed it back in 2019 christmas but I doubt it, cause its just an alt account.

The account name is Bofoi2 on Silver Server, what am I supposed to do now to get the reroll ticket?

Sorry for the inconvenience.

As i could see using our tools you already took the free reroll ticket and you passed it to this account Bofoi, and you should be able to catch kyurem in: enyor island forest.
