Please fix the date it shows you, it says 2563, but it's 2020.
This should solve the issue.

Let me know if it worked.

2563 is my Buddhist year. =_=

2563 BE = 2020 AD

wait i think i found the solution.

time is work now. i've change region to U.S.

is that mean Client don't support B.E. year?

I think it indeed doesn't recognize the time setting you had, but I'm glad it's solved now.
