He was then supposed to give it back to me so I could go catch Celebi, but when I interact with him, he says this to me. My Kanto and Johto pokedex is complete, I've seen all of the legends up to number 378, and I've caught Mew. I have 325 hours of gameplay, and 123 evolved data. I'm also Johto Champion. Any ideas?
