Hello there, to do that you must transfer your acc from gold to silver, and do your trades there. You can transfer your acc every 30days for free.

Note that we don't provide any services to move a player's pokemon to another account in another server.

But, as digomenezes mentioned above, from the Dashboard you can switch servers.

 

You can transfer your account every 30 days for free, for additional transfers it costs 100 coins.

if i switch my account between servers, then the story will continue from where i was in gold server or i'll have to play all the region again?
