Hello! Is there any way that Mew can learn +speed moves like agility and swords dance?

 

I look through the bulbapedia for info about Mew and it said there that Mew could learn both but I coudn't find any tm or move tutor that have those moves in this game. Also, I look through the TM/Move Tutor guides first to see if there is but coudn't find any info.

There is a TM Tutor for Rock Polish in Union Cave. Rock Polish will boost the speed by 2 Stages. :) I hope that helped.
