M3ru3m Posted June 5, 2020 Share Posted June 5, 2020 Hello @TOLGAGT, I don't know why you need that for World Quest, but you need a Ground Type Poke that is able to lern surf in you Team to be able to surf there. It's Part of the Kyurem Quest. Swampert or Wooper/Quagsire are often used. I hope that helped.
