This is a known bug, and a low priority fix, due to evasion manipulation being banned in PvP (and now batton pass :))

This bug is already under the attention of our developers.

We aren't sure when something like this with quite low priority will be reworked, but in the future there is a pvp rework promised by the devs that should fix all moves and abilities.

 

For now stay patience please or write a suggestion why something like this should be added asap.
