Unfortunately, at the moment the only place you can find rotom in the wild is via excation site (haunted site). This is the link that will help you understand excavation site better. There are also some other ways to obtain rotom inside the game. Including the ways shown above, you can also obtain rotom via boss rewards. I hope this answered your questions. Have a nice day.
