so, I challenged Naero after I activated my ms on, as i attach the ss of my account inspect via discord, i activated my ms earlier before i challenged Naero

but after battle I checked the cooldown and he says 11d 23hrs, something that is not supposed to be

With the implementation of the boss limit, Naero's cooldown was changed to 12 days, regardless of Membership being active or not. If you have more questions feel free to ask.
