i bought 24hrs safari pass but ev training said to pay 50k sub why ?

i restarted the client and same problm please fix it

and i want to report the 24 hours to another day please because when i activate it an outbreak appears so iam in outbreak btw i can't do ev services iam asking too if it is possible to get a ticket safari pass as refund ( compensation) of this bug
