I heard that sinnoh quest reworked. All the other walkthrough are old doesn't helping at all. So please help me in this new reworked sinnoh quest.

You have to go to Lilycove city near the light tower should be a guy his name is Paul. He will teleport you somewhere where you have to fight a hard boss at the end. But i have the same issue because after winning this fight i dont know how to continue either. A guide would be really helpful

The Quest got indeed reworked. You start the new one in Lilycove. Bhimoso made a nice Guide for it. You can find it here. I hope that helps :)
