I have checked your database and found out that you started the heatran quest, but didn't finish it.

As a result, the NPC Buck is currently holding your items.

In order to take it back, you have to finish the heatran quest.

After finishing the heatran quest and talk back to NPC Buck, he will hand you back all your items.
