I need help with the rerolling.

Recently, i reroll my thundurus with a ticket and it did succeed in rerolling the iv. But after that, the iv change to the start and the reroll iv didn't get applied but the ticket is consume.

Any staff members could solve this issues, please help.

Hi, @Derierri.

 

I'm sorry for the inconvenience.

But, in order to apply the changed IVs on your legendary, you have to click yes when the NPC asks you "Will you apply the changed IVs on your pokemon?".

If not, it will turn back into the normal IVs.

This system was implemented to lower the burden of players when it comes to changing their legendary's IVs.

 

As this is not a bug, we won't be able to refund you in any way, as this would be unfair for all other players.

I did press yes to apply the changes, because i did see changes in the preview section.

Although, if i press no, will the iv reroll ticket be consume? because i lost the IV reroll ticket.
