Hello @konichi24 I'm sorry for the caused inconvenience. Can you confirm to me that you haven't done the Pinkan Island Quest. If you have done those quest, the ranger temporarily takes your pokeballs. Simply interact with the ranger just outside of the hunting area and he will return your pokeballs.
