so i rerolled my zapdos couple of days ago and i binked a jackpot. Today i started to train him and noticed that they got reset to ivs when i caught him.

i have before and after photo.

 

 

Can any1 of the staff help me with fixing this ?

Hi, @PAKOBATINA.

 

I'm sorry for the inconvenience.

But, in order to apply the changed IVs on your legendary, you have to click yes when the NPC asks you "Will you apply the changed IVs on your pokemon?".

If not, it will turn back into the normal IVs.

This system was implemented to lower the burden of players when it comes to changing their legendary's IVs.

 

As this is not a bug, we won't be able to refund you in any way, as this would be unfair for all other players.
