Hello everyone. I recently decided to play again (I stopped in 2018). I have some pokemon in my storage that I can't put in my actual team. The only pokemon I can move is a gastly (lvl 5) and a geodude (lvl 3). All pokemon with higher level keep stuck at the storage. What can I do about it?

i would like to ask you if you changed of region recently, for example you went to jhoto for first time or etc...

Sorry for the inconvenience.

When you're not the champion of the region you cant use other region pokemon, for that you cant use your kanto pokemon on jhoto region, but when you get the elite 4 of jhoto you will can use them for defeat the elite 4.
