I lost it all

Hey there! I hope everyone's doing alright

I used to play some months ago in Gold Server, I am not the best but I got my pokemons and I traveled with them

I had some issues and had to stop playing, I wanted to play again today and downloaded the game again but I couldn't get into the game because of "invalid credentials" I asked on the Discord server and got my password reset link and all, I was happy to get in again

But when I did... I was at the begining :( I lost my pokemons and my experience, my travels and all:((((((

Hello @JullietV,

 

Sorry for the inconvenience, but are you sure you played on Gold? I checked our Tools and it looks like you played on Blue Server. If that should be the case you just need to Merge your Accounts like shown here (make sure to pick Blue Server as your Main Server) and then log into Silver Server. Sometimes during the merging the Password does not sync correctly. In that case you just need to reset it again here (after the Merge). Please let me know if that solved your Problem.

 

edit: Or maybe you confused it with your "julls" Account. You played on Gold with that one
