Like what dialogue pops up when you try to login or you can log into the server but only blackscreen appears.

Can you explain to me what the problem is more precisely if possible?

Like what dialogue pops up when you try to login or you can log into the server but only blackscreen appears.

Every time I try to log in, says that couldn't connect to the server both silver and gold.

Also tried using a VPN but it got stuck at signing in.

Every time I try to log in, says that couldn't connect to the server both silver and gold.

 

1. Is your game client up-to-date?

2. Try logging into the game after deleting every PRO-related files in your computer (after deleting the files flush the bin) and re-downloading the client.

 

Try these and tell me if you can log into the game or not.
