Hello staff. Today I was hunting Jangmo-o in route 45 in my alt named High1221. I had my togekiss in my team holding Choice Scarf. One Graveler appears and by mistake I did trick and run away. I am really sorry for the inconvenience, but sadly we can not refund that item since there is no way for us to proof how it got lost and if we start refunding items without proof there would be people who'd abuse that. :-/ Again I am sorry there isn't more I can do for you and I hope you understand.
