Hello to all the team of PRO, i hope you are doing good?

 

I was playing vs entei guardian and i received a call on my cellphone so the game logged out suddenly and when i logged in again the guardian told me to wait 12 days to be ready !!! I lost against him twice before but believe me i was waiting since 12 days and i've prepared myself.... all that to play just 3 seconds ?

please give me the opportunity to beat him again without waiting 12 days.

I am sorry for the caused inconvenience and for the slight late reply.

 

You taking up the phone, leading to disconnecting from the game is not something we control. Or was the scenario different?

 

Anyways once you disconnect in a bossfight we can't recover your chance to battle him again.

We haven't done it for users in the past and it would be unfair to do it for you now, hope you understand.
