Featured Replies

I was heavily into this game a few years back invested money into it buying medallions and mounts, Came back and i have absolutely no pokemon after investing hundreds of hours into the game and training a bunch of lvl 100 Pokemon that i used for PVP. I was hoping it restarted me and when beating the elite four i would regain accses to my old team but when i went to the poke center my pc was literally clean not a single pokemon! Is there any way to remedy this issue as I have spent tons of time and money on this game and was looking to et back into it.Please tell me someone can help me get my pokémon back

Hello @iwannapeekatchu,

I checked and you used to Play on Red Server. But Red and Blue Server got merged into Silver Server. So you need to merge your Account aswell. You can see how to do that here. And after you merged your Accounts please reset your Password here since it does not get synced correctly when you merge. After doing that everything should work again and you should have your Progress back. Please let me know if it did :-)

P.S.: Be sure to pick Red Server as your main Server when merging.
