I understand your frustration, but unfortunately we can't help you, as there isn't enough evidence to prove that this is truly a bug. You most likely clicked the wrong option during the dialogue.

Additionally, it would be unfair to previous players who've experienced the same issue if we decided to revert your Heatran.

 

Again, i'm truly sorry for the inconvenience.
