This currently has no priority but will eventually get fixed. I think the cooldown time it shows is correct, it just shows multiple ones what's a little annoying. Anyways for the correct cooldown you can also use the in-game cooldown checker (celadon city). Hope this has answered it for you. If not, please ask.
