I can't enter to the application because it doesn't even start, a pokeball appears with a "!" red sign and then a window opens with the legend "proclient.exe has stopped working". Can you delete all the PRO related files from your computer and afterwards flush your trash bin as well. If you done the first step, please try re-downloading the game here.
