Hey!

I can't enter to the application because it doesn't even start, a pokeball appears with a "!" red sign and then a window opens with the legend "proclient.exe has stopped working".

I have already re-downloaded it several times and my antivirus doesn't interfere either.

I do not know what else to do.

Help!

Can you delete all the PRO related files from your computer and afterwards flush your trash bin as well.

If you done the first step, please try re-downloading the game here.

See if the game starts or not.
