I was doing a search for Sinnoh and lost to the chief, but he was teleported to vermilion and did not find the NPC for the city of the search, can you help me?

Sorry for the inconvenience.

if you lost to a NPC of the sinnoh quest you should be able to get back to hoenn region through the ship on vermilion's Dock or walking to jhoto and going to hoenn through Nap island and after that just go back to the NPC.

but the NPC that leads to the island is no longer at the lighthouse, how can I go to nap island again?
