Hi, after beating Brock i entered the Pokemon Museum (I think it is called) and when I entered i 'spawned' at the location shown in the image. Any assistance is appreciated.

 

p.s. I have restarted my client.

You'd likely have to be moved by a member of staff but in future should it happen to you again, always keep one escape rope in your backpack. It'll unstuck you and move you to the last pokemon center you were at.
