Acharyanishant Posted March 4, 2016 Share Posted March 4, 2016 hello guys , i cancelled a trade after agreeing to buy what the owner was selling. i agreed to pay him for his trouble even the full amount but then he started to threaten me and even swore the "f" word in my pm. he now is threatning to report me and try to close my account. did i do anything illleagal. Sesshomaru Posted March 4, 2016 Share Posted March 4, 2016 If you make him travel all the way to you and then decided to back out of the trade that can be considered as fakebidding which is indeed against the rules. However since you offered to compensate the guy there is nothing to assume that you had bad intentions, so there is nothing to worry about. Just make sure you have the evidence saved just in case he reports you.
